The index adds mcpplibs.os 0.2.8 on all three package hosts and moves the os smoke member to it. The process API exposes granted directories and rights, explicit confinement requests, resource preferences and null streams at a process position. It is validated over the corrected openkal-platform 0.23.2 group.

The archive manifest has identity mcpplibs.os 0.2.8; previous published entries remain unchanged.Producer CI 41605418212 passes all twenty checks with mcpp 2026.11.3.1: native and hosted Linux/macOS/Windows, Emscripten dev/release and the same test images on Linux x86_64/aarch64, macOS arm64 and Windows x86_64. Hosted macOS explicitly passes read-only and writable directory grants; its seven test programs pass without taking the unsupported-grants branch. Lua syntax, identity, duplicate-version, mirror-URL and mcpp xpkg parsing checks pass locally. All applicable index checks must pass before merge; this is not the platform bootstrap exception.
Part of mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (T3).
Local consumption passes one real os test program with LLVM 23.1.3 and the candidate descriptor. All applicable index checks, including the Linux default/LLVM, macOS and Windows package candidates, pass before merge. No bootstrap exception is used.
