Index openkal-platform 0.23.4 for all three package hosts and advance the hosted platform test member. Both image and hosted arrangements select loader/tools 0.4.4, musl 0.27.4 and LLVM runtime 0.18.5. Kernel backend pins and compile/link conventions are unchanged. The compatibility baseline file is byte-for-byte unchanged from main; older descriptor entries are preserved.
The platform's four-host producer matrix passed. GitHub and GitCode source archives have verified SHA256
dd1ea3ae41fd0607ccb02f1dbf2fe7aced073107b8442a81f33bfe74c96454d7(18,573 bytes), with a root manifest identical to the merged source. A local hosted test passes using released mcpp 2026.11.3.1 and index sources for platform 0.23.4, runtime 0.18.5 and musl 0.27.4.All 20 checks on final head

586a7e5293e695096eea9b79c3d03447f0b2e53f. Both public index archives have verified SHA25632b89034957232a7e301bfc3b5133185f0fb45782dab052f84228b382b5163f5(664,515 bytes). The ordinary raw pointer has caught up, and an explicit-platform import-std image builds and runs through the public index in the existing isolated GLOBAL environment.
