Register openkal-musl 0.27.5 on all three source platforms and move the direct C-library test member to it. The existing published runtime/platform group remains selected by its own members.
The release scopes routing scratch to the paths that need it, retaining automatic zeroing, bounded unoptimised frames, owner-specific draining and closes after unlocking. All ten producer checks in CI 41777022375 passed, including the same regression image on all four hosts (26 checks each, 2,916 path spellings, twelve length boundaries and 400 concurrent pipe lifetimes).
GitHub and GitCode archives are byte-identical: 1,268,814 bytes, SHA256
458c9ef1f46446f27d0199118357ced065598f8aadf653a5a4c498a6d811b295. The source manifest and merged/tagged source were compared. Locally, released mcpp parsed the descriptor and ran the direct C-library member: one program passed, no failures. Original published index rows are preserved.Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885 and mcpplibs/openkal-musl#81. Runtime 0.18.6, platform 0.23.5 and final clangd qualification are separate pending work.
