Register openkal-llvm-runtime 0.18.6 on all three source platforms and advance the openkal test member. Both allocator selections pin published musl 0.27.5 for scoped routing scratch; the C++ runtime implementation and existing platform group are unchanged. All preceding index entries are preserved.

GitHub and GitCode source archives are byte-identical: 15,642,891 bytes, SHA256 811fbb8b59344b319ecf70880708fd7c97c3325b0e47f5a8f8ec3b2f2bb4a898. The archive manifest matches the merged/tagged source. All ten producer checks of CI 41777349050 pass, including native/cross execution and identical C++ images on four hosts.

The first Mac L2 failure remains recorded in runtime PR #63. Exact frozen-artifact comparison on one host found identical inputs and all five candidate/native measurements below the original limits, followed by one successful failed-job revalidation at unchanged head and thresholds. This does not qualify the final clangd image.

Local checks: released mcpp descriptor parser; pinned updater immutable-version audit; actual x86_64-linux-musl test member using this index and the new runtime source, one program passed with no failures. Applicable index CI pending. Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885.

Register the published runtime over musl0.27.5 with byte-identical verified GitHub/GitCode source archives and advance the runtime test member. Preserve older entries and the existing platform group.

Refs mcpp-community/mcpp#885.
