Builds the native Linux runner over openkal-linux 0.24.1, which requires Landlock ABI 3 before claiming confinement of read-only grants and uses atomic accesses for its ABI probe cache. The preceding runner statically links the older backend, so updating a consumer's C-library dependency alone does not update the runner's policy.
All four image packages advance together to 0.4.3. The loader, format, binding and runner implementation sources are unchanged. The current binding examples and release-binary dispatch documentation follow the version group. Binary release builds use mcpp 2026.11.3.1 for the selected platform's std-module flags; the existing mcpp_ref input supplies the candidate until that release is installable.
The backend release, mirror and index are complete. Index PR mcpplibs/mcpp-index#693 passed every applicable check, and the published dbe5727 index archive was downloaded from GitHub and GitCode with identical SHA256 and all three 0.24.1 entries verified. Full image CI remains required before merging and publishing this source release. Static binary archives will be built with platform 0.23.3 after its dependencies are published and indexed.
Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885 (security review). Existing published 0.4.2 archives remain unchanged.
Full CI run 41618178520 passes all five jobs at 4571824: both-architecture image production and execution on Linux x86_64, Linux aarch64, Windows x86_64 and macOS arm64.
