… the affinity mask, kal_task_set_priority as background mode and thread priority kal_task_cores counts the cores GetLogicalProcessorInformationEx lists with a processor in the process's affinity mask of group 0, the set kal_task_parallelism counts. kal_task_set_priority: background mode (processor, I/O and memory priority together) for BACKGROUND, below-normal for LOW, normal for DEFAULT; where background mode is refused (Wine), the idle priority. Measured under Wine: the conformance suite of 0.19.0 holds in all 237 observations it makes here. Co-authored-by: speak-agent <248744407+speak-agent@users.noreply.github.com>
