This PR updated the vision camera from v4 to v5 . Also adds the necessary libraries for barcode scanning .
The new barcode scanner needs ML Kit 9.0.0, which depends on GoogleDataTransport ~> 10.0 and GoogleUtilities ~> 8.0. RNFB 20.1.0 uses Firebase iOS SDK 10.27, which needs ~> 9.x and ~> 7.8 of those same pods. The ranges don't overlap, so pod install failed. RNFB 21.14.0 is the latest release on Firebase iOS SDK 11, the first SDK that uses the newer versions, so it's the smallest bump that fixes the conflict.
