    Closing as implemented by #1244. getPoetry() now reads and validates python.poetryPath before cached state, PATH, or known install locations, with dedicated tests. The related PET classification bug was also fixed by microsoft/python-environment-tools#268. Please reopen with current logs if the setting is still ignored.
