- ⑭ The line ratchet's MAX_LINE_BYTES is 120 bytes per line, about 40 CJK characters. A card's suggested replacement can exceed it even when the line count is unchanged; measure the bytes before dispatch.
- ⑮ A subagent launched at the CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER model can die on the account's WEEKLY limit for that model (HTTP 429 「weekly limit · resets 11pm (UTC)」) with no record posted; the failure is the only signal, and the dev-tier subagents were unaffected. Read the two reviewers' absence as a dead review, not a slow one; the Tier S landing then waits for the reset or for an authorised human merge.

- ⑲ Edit-side PR body write via the relay issue_patch (PATCH /issues/{n} on a PR, 2026-10-20T00:14Z): the platform appended NO bare footer (the +58 reading at platform-readings.md L339/L342 did not reproduce), so a body sent without its footer block stored footer-less; a second write sending the session-URL footer line WITHOUT the --- rule stored it intact (L335's spelling). Edit-side prescription today: send the footer line, no rule.
- ⑳ Two API reads within ~2 minutes of that PATCH returned a +6-byte body with 3 × U+FFFD; the relay's own read-back and every later read (five) returned the sent bytes exactly. A U+FFFD count right after a body write is a transient, not a stored mutation: re-read before repairing.
Harness: the shared checkout is detached at origin/main ddb3360a4 by the landed recipe (check-harness-current.mjs CURRENT), re-pinned at each merge. Since the detach at 2026-10-19T23:38Z the container's stop hook has asked for no push across every stop (the live reading PR docs(pm-dispatch): pin the shared checkout to a detached origin/main before a subagent batch #24685 could not take: confirmed silent). The mirror branch claude/eloquent-curie-6slepw stays at 3a931fca1, no longer pushed.
