  • 改了什么:把 PR skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26420 刚合并进 objectstack-platform 技能包的那一小节里写错的一句改对:种子里写的 sys_user 行不是「被拒(ADR-0092)」,而是落成一条没有账号、谁也登不进的目录行;eval 7 的括号同改。两行天花板按实测重钉(5981→5997、1458→1469,headroom 0),注释写成相对 main 的增量。
  • 为什么改:席位对 skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26420 的合同复核(PR 评论 6433051864)判 FAIL 就在这一句——种子写入走系统上下文,绕过 ADR-0092 的身份写保护,运行时测试钉住了这行会落库;队列在复核贴出前已把 skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26420 合进 main,所以这是同一张卡的补丁轮。
  • 风险与回滚:只改一句教学、一处 eval 措辞和两行天花板数字;不发版、无运行时改动,回滚 = revert 本 PR。
  • 先看:① skills/objectstack-platform/SKILL.md 第 445–447 行那一句;② scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs 两行(5997 / 1469)及其增量注释;③ eval 7 的 expected_output。
  • 两分钟验证:node scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs —— 全绿,objectstack-platform 的 SKILL.md 与 eval 文件 headroom 都是 0。
  • 需要你做的:Approve(Tier H,skills/** 是发布面)或「Merge when ready」。

What changes

The patch round the contract review of PR #26420 ordered (PR comment 6433051864, VERDICT FAIL, ①(a) item 1). That PR landed on main as 75afeffd with the sentence in it, so this is a follow-up on the same card:

  • skills/objectstack-platform/SKILL.md — the opening reason of Demo accounts — demoStaff vs devLogins now says what the platform does: "a sys_user row written through data lands as a directory row with no account, so nobody can sign in as it". The former "is refused (ADR-0092)" was copied from the demo-staff.zod.ts TSDoc and is false against the runtime: seed inserts run under SEED_WRITE_EXECUTION_CONTEXT (isSystem: true), the ADR-0092 identity write guard bypasses system-context writes (identity-write-guard.ts isUserContextWrite, pinned by its test), and app-plugin.seed.test.ts pins a data: [{ object: 'sys_user' }] row being inserted; dev-admin-seed-gate.ts measured the result as "a directory row with no account". The ADR citation is dropped.
  • skills/objectstack-platform/evals/config-plugins-ops.json — eval 7's expected output says "(it lands as a directory row nobody can sign in as)" instead of "(refused)". Assertions unchanged.
  • scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs — the two objectstack-platform rows re-pinned at the new measurement, each with a delta comment under the record that landed in skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26420.

The spec prose that misled the section (demo-staff.zod.ts lines 14–16, and the dev-login.zod.ts guidance that tells an author to seed the user in data) is card #26424, filed by the seat; not touched here.

Why

A published teaching that states a refusal the platform does not perform sends an AI author to expect a load-time failure where the row silently lands dead — the worse outcome, and exactly the "who pays" card #26302 names.

Line budget (skills/** is a published surface)

Whole-file, before → after, lines (before = main at 75afeffd):

File Before After
skills/objectstack-platform/SKILL.md 503 504
skills/objectstack-platform/evals/config-plugins-ops.json 75 75

Whole-package (SKILL.md + references/**/*.md + rules/**/*.md): 2107 → 2108 (+1; the seven other .md files are untouched; references/_index.md generator-owned, 41).

Token ratchet — maintainer ruling A, delta from main

Same ruling as #26420 (the maintainer's tap on the seat thread's decision card 「skills 修复卡的教学和 eval 都撞 token 天花板,怎么付?」, 2026-10-27T01:21Z, verbatim and untranslated: 「A:先削重复,余额按实测提高」). Nothing duplicated was added, so there is nothing to cut; the remainder is the rewording itself:

Row main Added After Ceiling
SKILL.md (priced text, minus the 20-byte stamp line) 23924 B = 5981 tok +61 B 23985 B = 5997 tok 5981 → 5997 (+16)
evals/config-plugins-ops.json 5831 B = 1458 tok +42 B 5873 B = 1469 tok 1458 → 1469 (+11)

Both rows pinned AT the measurement (headroom 0). No other row is touched; the diff against main is these three files only.

Tests

No TypeScript changed; the reworded sentence is prose. The six-shape defineStack probe from #26420 still describes the schema (unchanged); the reworded reason is read off identity-write-guard.ts, execution-context.zod.ts, app-plugin.seed.test.ts and dev-admin-seed-gate.ts as above. Dogfood battery: n/a — no ! in the title and no (narrowing) arm.

Acceptance notes

Verification

Derived with node scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs --commands --repo objectstack-ai/objectstack on the branch tree at head 198e492d (54 families, the same set as #26420), each command run locally with its exit code captured before any pipe, then reconciled.

dispatch-gates --ran at head 198e492d: 54 derived families accounted for — 53 run (exit 0), 1 NOT-MEASURED, 0 UNRUN. The one NOT-MEASURED is pnpm check:dual-build-cjs-loads, recorded exit 3 (PREREQUISITE NOT MET: it needs every package's dist), so CI's Build Core is its reading.

Readings
  • Ratchet family: node scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs exit 0 — "81 authored bundle file(s) within their ceilings"; objectstack-platform/SKILL.md 5997 / 5997 (headroom 0), evals/config-plugins-ops.json 1469 / 1469 (headroom 0); --self-test exit 0 (79 cases).
  • The card's three acceptance gates: pnpm --filter @objectstack/spec check:skill-docs exit 0 ("Skill docs in sync"); check:skill-refs exit 0 ("9 generated files in sync with packages/spec"); check:skill-examples exit 0 ("264 prose examples type-check across 3 surface(s)"); the client closure built under scripts/pm/os-verify-lock.sh (slot issue-26302), VERDICT command-exit 0 (246 s held).
  • Every other derived command exit 0 at 198e492d, including pnpm check:pm-dispatch-gates (run detached), pnpm --filter @objectstack/lint run check:doc-formula-expressions and pnpm check:lean-entry-closure.
  • Not owed locally: no package test / typecheck (no TypeScript changed); test:repo, pnpm lint and the whole-tree scans are CI's.
  • CI on the PR: not waited for (the order forbids it); the seat reads the check-runs.

Human Minimum

  • 1. Schemas start as Zod; packages/spec holds no runtime logic. (no schema touched)
  • 2. Every name I added uses the casing for its kind.
  • 3. No formatter ran; pnpm lint is CI's whole-tree run.
  • 4. One issue, one branch off an up-to-date main, one pull request.
  • 5. Publishes nothing (skills/** has no package.json; skip-changeset); both declaration lines are above.
  • 6. packages/spec not touched.
  • 7. No hand edits to content/docs/references/, packages/*/CHANGELOG.md or content/docs/releases/.
  • 8. Title, body and comments are in English (the 维护者速读 block and the quoted ruling are Chinese by the repo's own rule).
  • The Before Submitting list in CONTRIBUTING.md is done.

…comes, not a refusal the runtime never makes

The contract review on the previous head found the section's opening
reason false: a `sys_user` row written through `data` is not refused —
seed writes run as the system context and bypass the identity write
guard — it lands as a directory row with no account that nobody can
sign in as. The sentence and eval 7's parenthetical now say that; the
two CEILINGS rows are re-pinned at the new measurement with their
arithmetic rewritten.

…rom main's values

The two CEILINGS rows keep main's 5828 -> 5981 and 1211 -> 1458 records
as they landed and add the follow-up's own line: 5981 -> 5997 (+61 bytes
for the reworded reason) and 1458 -> 1469 (+42 bytes for eval 7's
wording), each pinned at the measurement.

Contract review

Reviewed at 2026-10-27T04:15Z — independent contract review of PR #26448 (card #26302 follow-up, skills/objectstack-platform), the patch round ordered by the FAIL record on PR #26420 (comment 6433051864, ①(a)-1). #26420 was merged by the queue as 75afeffd (2026-10-27T03:43Z) with the false sentence in it; the card was reopened and this PR carries the fix. Rendered on head 198e492d from git show 198e492d:PATH; the PR's delta is git diff 75afeffd 198e492d (merge base with main; 3 files, +19/−7). Re-judged against my own ①(a)-1 and the rest of the first record's PASS findings; adversarial by brief, not the dev's report.

Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER
Head-sha: 198e492de142495eae9ea9339445e66e4532f2e5
Local-runs: probe — the two ratchet rows were recomputed by hand as ceil(bytes / 4) over wc -c of the git show blobs (the script's own documented hand audit) and the eval file was JSON-parsed from its blob; nothing was built, run or re-run
Scope: skills/objectstack-platform/SKILL.md, skills/objectstack-platform/evals/config-plugins-ops.json, scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs + packages/spec/src/kernel/execution-context.zod.ts (SEED_WRITE_EXECUTION_CONTEXT), packages/plugins/plugin-auth/src/identity-write-guard.ts (+ test), dev-admin-seed-gate.ts, auth-plugin.ts, packages/runtime/src/app-plugin.ts, app-plugin.seed.test.ts, docs/adr/0092-sys-user-profile-field-delegation.md, .claude/agents/os-dev.md (all as read for the first record on origin/main; none changed since)

Landing state when read (2026-10-27T04:14Z): state: open, draft: true, merged: false, mergeable: true, mergeable_state: blocked, auto_merge absent, zero reviews, zero PR comments; labels documentation, size/s, skip-changeset; assignee os-warren. Check-runs on 198e492d, read once at 2026-10-27T04:14Z: 45 runs; 1 queued (Lint & Repo Gates, the aggregate), 2 in_progress (Test Core (1/8), Test Core (2/8)); every other run success or skipped. The gates this PR answers to: Type Check · source gates (token ratchet + self-test, check:skill-docs, check:skill-refs) success; Type Check · consumer gates (check:skill-examples) success; Lint · ESLint, Lint · repo & tooling gates, Lint · docs & code guards, Lint · PM dispatch-gates success; Build Core (hosts check:dual-build-cjs-loads) success; Check Changeset success; Governed Surface Queue Guard success; both single-writer guards and both body-parsing guards success. Pending runs reported as pending.

① Derived judgments

(a) The reworded sentence against the runtime — the first record's FAIL item

  1. ✓ SKILL.md lines 445–447 now read: "a sys_user row written through data lands as a directory row with no account, so nobody can sign in as it". True of the platform as read for the first record: seed inserts run under SEED_WRITE_EXECUTION_CONTEXT (execution-context.zod.ts line 630, isSystem: true); the ADR-0092 guard's isUserContextWrite() returns false for isSystem and identity-write-guard.test.ts line 84 pins the bypass on sys_user; app-plugin.seed.test.ts lines 43/79/113/290–327 pin a data: [{ object: 'sys_user' }] row being inserted; dev-admin-seed-gate.ts lines 15–22 name the result in the sentence's own words — "A seeded person is a directory row with no account — it is not a login", measured as "13 sys_user rows, zero sys_account rows, sign-in → 401". The ADR citation is gone. "cannot create one" stays true in the sense the section now gives it (no person who can sign in).
  2. ✓ Nothing else in the section moved: the example entry, name resolution, the parse-time refusal of an undeclared position / platform set, os build dropping the key, the non-dev-boot refusal, devLogins semantics and the choice rule are byte-identical to 75afeffd and were judged true in the first record.
  3. ✓ Line 1 and the whole frontmatter (lines 1–23, stamp version: "18.1.0") byte-identical to 75afeffd; the only SKILL.md hunk is lines 445–450 (+5/−4).

(b) Cuts — none in this PR; the four cuts of #26420 and their surviving homes are unchanged and already judged.

(c) Ratchet rows pinned at the measurement; ruling quoted

  • Recomputed over the blobs: head SKILL.md 24005 B − 20 B stamp line = 23985 B → 5997 (row 5997, headroom 0 ✓); 75afeffd 23944 − 20 = 23924 B → 5981, so +61 B as the row comment says ✓. Eval file 5873 B → 1469 (row 1469, headroom 0 ✓); 75afeffd 5831 B → 1458, +42 B ✓. Neither row above the measurement, neither below.
  • Both row comments are written as a delta under the skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26420 record that landed ("5981 -> 5997 … Same ruling, same arithmetic rule as above"; "1458 -> 1469 … pinned AT the measurement"), each with the reproducible ceil($(wc -c …)) line. The SKILL.md row comment names the ruling by reference to the row above it, where the tap 「A:先削重复,余额按实测提高」 is quoted verbatim; the PR body quotes the tap verbatim with its card title — the script's raise rule (header lines 124–129: a raise "lands only in a PR whose body quotes a maintainer ruling") is met by the body. Nothing was added that duplicates anything, so "nothing to cut" is right.
  • git diff 75afeffd 198e492d -- scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs = +13/−2: exactly the two rows and their new comment lines, nothing else ✓. origin/main has since changed OTHER rows of the script (+50/−6, other packages); the two platform rows on origin/main are still 5981 / 1458, identical to the merge base, and GitHub reports mergeable: true — no stale-row concern this time.

(d) Eval

  • Eval 7's expected output now says "(it lands as a directory row nobody can sign in as)" instead of "(refused)" — consistent with the sentence ✓. Ids 1–7, JSON parses, assertions unchanged, must_contain all present in the expected output ✓.
  • The inherited pattern stands unchanged, not worse: must_not_contain ["role:", "admin_full_access"] are still written in negation inside the expected output (as evals 2 and 4 already do). Noted, not a FAIL; to-do below.

(e) Scope and readings

  • The diff is the three files and only the lines the FAIL item named ✓. Package .md total 2107 → 2108 (+1), SKILL.md 503 → 504, eval 75 → 75 — recounted on both refs, the body's table matches ✓. references/_index.md untouched.
  • No file outside the claim's surface; .changeset/ untouched.

(f) PR body

(g) Report, claim, commits

② Semver level

skip-changeset right: skills/objectstack-platform/ has no package.json; scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs publishes nothing; no changeset touched; Check Changeset green. Clause-②: no, Metadata-protocol: none line-initial. Prose and two ratchet constants; no protocol change.

③ Boundary flags

  1. Card spec(system): demo-staff.zod.ts says a seeded sys_user row is refused (ADR-0092) and dev-login.zod.ts tells the author to seed the account in data — the runtime does neither; state the measured behaviour and point at demoStaff #26424 (the spec prose in demo-staff.zod.ts lines 14–16 and the dev-login.zod.ts guidance) is the right carrier for the remaining falsehood on the spec side; this PR correctly does not touch packages/spec. Until it lands, the generated demo-staff.mdx is unaffected (renders .describe() only) and the skill now disagrees with the spec TSDoc on purpose — the skill is right.
  2. Landing order: this time the record precedes any approval (draft, zero reviews, no auto-merge at the read). Tier H: the maintainer's hand or an authorized APPROVED review lands it after this record and the seat's 席位核对.
  3. The eval must_not_contain-in-negation pattern (①(d)) remains a lane-wide fixture-convention to-do, not a card.
  4. origin/main has moved past the merge base (other packages' ratchet rows among the changes); a merge-method landing takes main's rows; a rebase must keep them.

Implemented-by: claude/project-thread-sfzn7w
Reviewed-by: session_01LqKsGyMNFwwnbF5FTAqyPn

VERDICT: PASS — the FAIL item of record 6433051864 is repaired exactly as ordered: the sentence now states the measured behaviour (directory row with no account, no sign-in), the ADR citation and the eval's "(refused)" are gone, both ratchet rows are re-pinned at the recomputed measurement (5997 / 1469, headroom 0) with delta comments and the ruling quoted in the body, the diff is the three files and nothing else, and the body carries the readings. Every other finding of the first record stands unchanged.

先看:① skills/objectstack-platform/SKILL.md L445–447 那一句;② scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs 两行(5997 / 1469)及增量注释;③ eval 7 的 expected_output。

ACCEPT · domain:skills#2 · session_01LqKsGyMNFwwnbF5FTAqyPn · 2026-10-27T04:18Z — seat review of record for #26302 (follow-up round) on head 198e492d, against GitHub, not the report's own account. Published surface skills/** ⇒ Tier H (skills/objectstack-platform/** ×2 on the register, the ratchet script off it, 26 changed lines): the record of this tier is the independent ## Contract review at comment 6433610933 (Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER, head 198e492d, VERDICT: PASS; the same independent reviewer that recorded the FAIL on #26420's head f0926209, comment 6433051864, now reading the fix). This seat adds the landing read.

  1. Shape. Draft, base main, mergeable: true (blocked = one shard running at the seat's read), two commits (0a60c270 the fix, 198e492d the row comments as a delta from main's values), branch restarted from 75afeffd (no force-push); body lines 1–2 the harness attribution block, line 3 Fixes #26302 (the card reopened by the seat at 2026-10-27T04:08Z; the same-issue guard green), Clause-②: no, Metadata-protocol: none line-initial; ## 维护者速读 six labels in order, What changes naming the FAIL record and card spec(system): demo-staff.zod.ts says a seeded sys_user row is refused (ADR-0092) and dev-login.zod.ts tells the author to seed the account in data — the runtime does neither; state the measured behaviour and point at demoStaff #26424, the two readings. Files: SKILL.md (+5/−4), evals/config-plugins-ops.json (+1/−1), scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs (+13/−2, two rows) — git diff 75afeffd 198e492d is exactly these three. Labels documentation, size/s, skip-changeset — right. Reviewers hotlong + os-zhuang requested by the relay; no review yet.
  2. Record, measured. The reviewer re-read the one sentence against the runtime: SEED_WRITE_EXECUTION_CONTEXT (isSystem), identity-write-guard.ts and its test (system bypass), app-plugin.seed.test.ts (the sys_user insert pinned), dev-admin-seed-gate.ts (「a directory row with no account」, 13 rows / 0 accounts / 401) — the new wording is true, the ADR citation gone; the rest of the section byte-identical to 75afeffd; frontmatter and line 1 untouched. Eval 7 consistent; ids 1–7, assertions unchanged (the negated must_not_contain pattern inherited, noted, not worse). Ratchet rows recomputed: SKILL.md 24005 B − 20 → 5997 = row; eval 5873 B → 1469 = row; both at zero headroom; the tap quoted in the body and the rows. The seat re-read the diff and reads the same.
  3. Gates, pinned to head 198e492d. 45 check-runs, 28 success and 16 skipped, one Test Core shard still running at the seat's read (2026-10-27T04:18Z); Type Check · source gates (ratchet + self-test, skill-docs, skill-refs), Type Check · consumer gates (skill-examples), all Lint lanes, Build Core, Check Changeset, both queue guards and the claim/closing guards success. The landing waits for the last shard as it does for the approval.
  4. Accepted deviations. (a) The round exists because the queue merged the FAIL head (os-zhuang's approve → ready → enqueue at 03:16–03:26Z preceded the review, and a queued branch refuses pushes) — the maintainer's hand, recorded on the card. (b) The dev's five reported deviations carry over (2 MCP reads in round one, author override on the first-round commit now gone, check:dual-build-cjs-loads NOT-MEASURED → Build Core green, worktree, the refused push at 03:36Z reported not retried). (c) Merge-method landing takes main's newer sibling rows; this PR's platform rows equal the merge-base's.
  5. Carrier. Nothing new to file: spec(system): demo-staff.zod.ts says a seeded sys_user row is refused (ADR-0092) and dev-login.zod.ts tells the author to seed the account in data — the runtime does neither; state the measured behaviour and point at demoStaff #26424 carries the spec-side prose; the lane-wide fixture note (negated must_not_contain strings in evals 2/4/7 here and in sibling files) goes to the 收班简报 as a convention proposal (assert on code-shaped spellings only).
  6. Landing. Tier H ⇒ this record and the contract review are on the head before any approval this time; the PR waits for a GOVERNED_APPROVERS approval. On that approval the seat readies it and arms auto-merge through the relay, follows it to MERGED, and closes skills(objectstack-platform): teach demoStaff and when to pick it over devLogins #26302 with the landing record.

PR #26448 went dirty after #26446 (d1a31d0) raised the objectstack-automation

and this card's rows; nothing else conflicted.

ACCEPT (addendum, pinned to the merge head) · domain:skills#2 · session_01LqKsGyMNFwwnbF5FTAqyPn · 2026-10-27T05:13Z — head 523d1d3a is the merge of origin/main c91544a4 into claude/project-thread-sfzn7w on top of the reviewed head 198e492d (parents 198e492d + c91544a4; merge commit, no rebase, no force), after the PR read mergeable_state: dirty from 2026-10-27T05:08Z on a textual conflict in the ratchet script's neighbouring rows (PR #26446 landed the objectstack-automation rows at 05:07Z). The seat read: git diff 198e492d 523d1d3a -- skills/objectstack-platform is empty (the two skills files byte-identical to the reviewed head); git diff origin/main 523d1d3a is exactly the PR's three files (+19/−7), and in scripts/check-skills-token-ratchet.mjs the only lines differing from origin/main are this PR's two objectstack-platform rows (5997 / 1469) with their ruling-A comments — every sibling row kept as main carries it. So the contract review 6433610933 and the seat's ACCEPT 6433639289 carry over to this head unchanged (the record continues to govern a head moved only by a merge that leaves the reviewed files identical). os-zhuang's APPROVED review on 198e492d (2026-10-27T04:37Z) stands (an authorised approval does not expire with a later push, per the lane's rule); auto-merge reads still armed at the seat's read and CI on 523d1d3a is running — the queue takes it on green; if the arm drops, the seat re-arms through the relay.
