Fixes #28412

Clause-②: yes (widening: a flow saved into the shipping package's paired .custom under the base flow's name, declaring overrides, is admitted at the save door, the publish, os validate and install where it was refused with declared_type_not_yet_available, and a /meta delete naming that pair removes its row; nothing that was admitted is refused)
Metadata-protocol: semantic

  • 为什么改:ADR-0146 D9 第 1 项([Epic] Package-level override: every customization of an installed package lives in its paired <base>.custom package, one declared override shared by code and Studio (supersedes #28130) #28236 的 N-11)。
  • 先看:packages/services/service-automation/src/flow-precedence.ts(新增 override 优先级,只认存储绑定);packages/metadata-protocol/src/protocol-lock-state.ts 的 declinesStoredRow(用 N-10 的 isServedOverrideRowOf 放行这一行);packages/metadata-protocol/src/stored-row-binding.ts(把 package_id 列带到注册表正文上的不可枚举 symbol)。

What changes

The save door (Wanted 5). isOpenOverrideType in protocol-packaged-base-refusal.ts admits flow through a CONDITIONS_DELIVERED set (flow only), so N-09's judgeOverrideWrite admits the pair's declared flow. There is no second gate. action keeps "action customization is not yet available". tenantAuthoredWriteRefusal no longer applies the packaged-base lock to a write the gate admits.

The remedy (Wanted 6). The flow's sealed save sentence names the declaration in place of the clone route: "Declare an override from 'BASE.custom' or rename it to customize it, or switch it off (...)". A partner package gets "Rename it to customize it (only 'BASE.custom' may declare an override of 'BASE')". This comes from the new regimeCDeclaredSaveSentence in packaged-base-regime.ts, which keeps the switch route and the ADR-0126 citation, and stays under the REST door's 500-character cap. A delete still names the clone and the switch. The boot pull's collision warning now says "declare it as an override in 'BASE.custom' (overrides: { package: 'BASE', basedOn }), or save it under a new name". It no longer says "clone".

The flow view (Wanted 2). declinesStoredRow takes the stored row it judges. For a shipped flow name it declines every row except the one isServedOverrideRowOf(row, owner) admits, judged on the package_id column. The list, the execution view, the by-name read, the layered read and listServedOverrides all pass the row. So every read serves the override once, in the base's slot, under the base's _packageId, which is what N-10 already does for presentation types.

The binding the boot pull reads. The boot pull reads registry.listItems('flow'), and a hydrated body's _packageId is not trustworthy (withRowBinding keeps a body's own stamp). So hydrateOverlayIntoRegistry records the row's package_id on the hydrated flow body as a non-enumerable Symbol.for property (bindStoredRow, read with storedRowBindingOf, both newly exported). That property cannot be authored in JSON, JSON.stringify drops it, and a spread or copy does not carry it.

The precedence (Wanted 1, 3, 4). classifyContender asks first, and only inside a name the loader's set holds: is this the owner's declared override, by isServedOverrideRowOf({ type: 'flow', package_id: storedRowBindingOf(item), metadata: item }, owner)? If yes, it is an override contender, ranked 0, above package (1) and runtime (2). An override armed over its own base's body writes no receipt and no warning: that is the customized state, not a collision. The ledger identity is unchanged, because the override keeps the base's name and packagedFlowOwner still answers the base's package. The four arming steps already go through resolveFlowContenders, and registerFlow re-binds in one synchronous step, so the syncs needed no code change.

Delete restores the base (Wanted 3). A /meta delete naming the pair, of a flow, is admitted past the sealed-removal refusal and told to the store as runtime-only, as the declared save is (isPairRowRemoval). Without this, the override could be saved but never removed through the door. The real-engine test found it.

⛔ No packages/spec/** and no docs/adr/** hunk. No new error code.

Tests

New cases, and red first on main (34 red across 5 suites)

Production sources restored to main 0b6a52e8 (the new stored-row-binding.ts helper kept so the tests compile), metadata-protocol and service-automation rebuilt:

  • service-automation flow-name-shadowing + flow-precedence-loader-set + flow-sync-one-precedence: Tests 14 failed | 41 passed (55). Red: the real-registry boot pull in both registration orders, the override classification, override armed with no receipt, the remedy sentence on all five not-admitted rows, override beside an undeclared row, the boot pull, kernel:ready, metadata:reloaded and the mutation sync.
  • metadata-protocol protocol.flow-stored-row-shipped-name + protocol.packaged-base-refusal: Tests 15 failed | 71 passed (86). Red: the execution view, the served list, listServedOverrides, the hydrated binding, delete serving the loader again, the save sentence pins, and the declared save at the save door, publishMetaItem and publishPackageDrafts.
  • objectql protocol-flow-custom-override (new, real ObjectQL engine, packages installed through the package door): Tests 3 failed | 1 passed (4). Red: save, publish and every read (by-name with and without the package, layered code/effective, served list, execution view); the undeclared remedy; delete serving X's flow again.
  • cloud-connection install gate: Tests 1 failed | 6 passed (7). cli override-declarations (the os validate judge): Tests 1 failed | 6 passed (7).

Green on main by construction, and kept as pins: the "not admitted" cases (a dependent's declaration, a package-less row stamping the pair, a body that only claims the pair, the pair's undeclared row, another base's pair), the ledger off/on case, and the N-12 case. The ledger identity and version pinning are inherited by the override, not added here.

Restore: git checkout HEAD -- packages, git status --porcelain empty, both packages rebuilt.

Ablations, one per arming step (each red, restored by blob hash)

node scripts/ablation-replace.mjs on the committed head, under the verify lock. metadata-protocol was rebuilt in each leg and checked with ablation-dist-preflight.mjs.

  1. Precedence override rank (flow-precedence.ts, the isServedOverrideRowOf branch gated off): Tests 9 failed | 46 passed (55). Each step is red on its own: × the boot pull arms the override over the loader's body, × the kernel:ready sync arms the override, × the metadata:reloaded re-sync: publishing the override arms it…, × the metadata-mutation sync: publishing the override arms it…, plus the real-registry and pure-precedence cases.
  2. View exemption (protocol-lock-state.ts, every stored row of a shipped flow name declined): metadata-protocol Tests 5 failed | 81 passed; objectql × the save door admits… every read serves it (by-name (no package): expected 'SHIPPED' to be 'OVERRIDE') and × deleting the override serves X's flow again.
  3. Hydrated binding (protocol.ts, bindStoredRow skipped): × the hydration records the row's own package_id…; objectql expected [ undefined, undefined ] to include 'com.example.showcase.custom'.
  4. Pair-row delete (protocol.ts, the delete told to the store as override-artifact): objectql × deleting the override serves X's flow again.

After each leg: ablation-replace: ok restored: blob == HEAD … git diff HEAD is empty. After all four: metadata-protocol rebuilt, ablation-dist-preflight --absent exit 0 for ABL1 to ABL4, git status --porcelain empty.

Pins whose meaning changed (updated in the same commit)
  • metadata-protocol protocol.packaged-base-refusal.test.ts: the flow save sentence now names the declaration (the literal pin is rewritten); the "declared flow override is refused" case becomes five cases (pair admitted at the save door, publishMetaItem, publishPackageDrafts; partner refused "only BASE.custom may declare"; pair undeclared refused with declare, no clone).
  • metadata-protocol protocol.sealed-remedy-kind.test.ts: a Regime C type whose override is open names the declaration in place of its clone route.
  • metadata-protocol protocol.register-item-call-sites.test.ts: the hydrator's registerItem arguments are now type, registered, 'name' (the body is built one line above so the binding can be recorded). The disposition is unchanged.
  • rest rest-meta-packaged-flow-refusal.test.ts and runtime automation-packaged-base-lock.test.ts: a save names the declaration and not the clone; a delete still names the clone.
  • cli override-declarations.test.ts: a declared flow is admitted now; the "not yet available" row moves to a declared action.
Full suites, typecheck, lint, gates
  • metadata-protocol full suite: Test Files 2 failed | 289 passed, Tests 4 failed | 21954 passed before the call-site and Regime C pin updates above; after them, both files pass (5/5 and 13/13).
  • service-automation shadowing/precedence/sync: Tests 55 passed (55). objectql new file 4 passed. cloud-connection install gate 7 passed. cli override-declarations 7 passed, validate-override-declarations 2 passed. rest 4 passed. runtime 15 passed.
  • pnpm --filter PKG run typecheck: exit 0 for metadata-protocol, service-automation, objectql, cli, rest, runtime, cloud-connection.
  • eslint (pnpm lint's invocation) over those seven packages: exit 0.
  • Derived gate list (dispatch-gates.mjs --commands, 68 families) plus the four roster gates under touched directories (check:authz-resolver, check:changeset-fixed, check:error-code-casing, check:route-ledger-census): all exit 0. On the first pass, check:dual-build-cjs-loads, check:i18n, check:i18n-coverage and check:i18n-walk-parity refused with exit 3 (unbuilt workspace packages, nothing measured), and the teardown self-test with exit 3 (its pinned fixture commit was missing from the shallow clone). Each was re-run after the build and the fetch, and exited 0. --ran: 68 derived, 68 run, 0 NOT-MEASURED, 0 UNRUN.
  • Serial check: open PRs fix(spec)!: the datasource read redactor covers the declared ssl secret members #28674, fix(service-automation)!: a connector stored in the environment never reads the host's files #28671 and feat(studio): New similar on a read-only base's permission set, opening the copy where the clone door landed it #28669 touch metadata-protocol or service-automation sources. git merge-tree of each head against this head is clean, and none pins the flow refusal or the clone sentence.

Acceptance notes

  • Two code packages shipping one flow name. There the view keeps several items for the name, and its copies do not carry the binding (a copy never does), so the override ranks by the existing package rule there. This is not the D9 case (one base and its pair), and no test claims it.
  • One bare registry slot per name. The registry holds one stored row per bare name. A package-less row stored beside the pair's row could take that slot, so the boot pull would see that row instead of the override, while kernel:ready arms the override from the view a moment later. Rows like that are what the gate now refuses; N-16 migrates the old ones.
  • Delete is admitted only when it names the pair. A delete naming no package keeps the sealed refusal it had. Studio's affordance for this is N-18's (Studio: customize a read-only package's flow into <base>.custom under its own name — one ledger switch, the declaration's badge, "Restore package original" #28570).
  • The read envelope. The read envelope's deletable for the served override still follows the base's seal. Studio reads it, and N-18 owns that surface.
  • Dogfood: the full battery (pnpm turbo run build --filter=@objectstack/dogfood then pnpm turbo run test --filter=@objectstack/dogfood, unsharded) on head 0e67bba0: Test Files 369 passed | 3 skipped (372), Tests 2981 passed | 28 skipped (3009), VERDICT command-exit 0.

…override is the packaged flow

ADR-0146 D9 item 1 for flow (#28412). A flow saved into the shipping
package's paired <base>.custom under the base flow's name, declaring
overrides: { package: <base>, basedOn }, is now:

- admitted by the D2 override write gate (flow is open; action still
  waits), at the draft save, the publish, os validate and install;
- served by every read in the base's slot, under the base's provenance,
  judged by isServedOverrideRowOf on the stored package_id;
- armed by the boot pull, kernel:ready, metadata:reloaded and the
mutation sync in place of the base (new `override` precedence rank,
read off the stored binding the registry hydration records with a
  non-enumerable symbol), keeping the base's ledger identity;
- removable: a delete naming the pair is admitted, and every step
re-arms the base with one registration.

Every other stored row of a shipped flow name stays shadowed; the
remedy now names the .custom declaration or a new name, not a clone.

What this run could not see
  • 1 changed file(s) yielded no anchor (packages/metadata-protocol/src/index.ts) — pages documenting those are invisible to this run
  • the SDK route bridge reached 60 of 215 client-bound route-ledger rows — the other 155 have no registrar path: tail to select them, so pages documenting THEIR client methods cannot appear above, on this or any run. Of those 155: 0 are remediable by widening that discovery convention (an in-repo file declares the path; the convention did not scan it); 55 are structural — on a ledger where NOT ONE row is declared in-repo, so no discovery change reaches them at any price; 100 are undecided (no in-repo declaration, on a ledger that has other in-repo registrars — absence and an unreadable spelling are not distinguishable here). The rows themselves: node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --bridge-coverage
  • a page that states a rule by its inputs shares no identifier with the emitter that implements the rule, so an emitter-only diff cannot list it — not on this run and not on any run. Measured on fix(driver-sql): emit varchar(maxLength) for a text field a declared index keys on #11430: content/docs/protocol/objectql/types.mdx documents the text-family column mapping by the ObjectQL type names it maps FROM (text / textarea / html) while the diff changed createColumn; it went unlisted, and it was the page that diff falsified, in four places. No shared token exists to detect this on, so a rule your change carries has to be re-read by hand in the pages that restate it.
  • a key NAME is not a key, so the hand re-read the line above prescribes can land on the wrong schema. The same spelling is authorable on one governed type and a [REMOVED] tombstone on another for each of active, aria, joins, objects, template, tools and version (censused on [finding] tools is a key on BOTH AgentSchema (tombstoned, dead) and SkillSchema (live, cloud-attested), so a name-based search attributes skill examples to the agent key — it produced a false stop-the-line alarm on PR #19059 #19093 over the liveness ledger's governed types, top-level keys); nothing in a search result distinguishes the two, so a grep hit on a LIVE example reads as evidence about the DEAD key. Measured on fix(spec): the agent.tools liveness row says dead — it claimed live on a key the schema tombstoned #19059: content/docs/ai/agents.mdx was reported as contradicting the agent.tools tombstone over its tools: example at :161, which is inside the defineSkill({ block opened at :155 — the page was already correct. Settle ownership by PARSING the value against both schemas, never by the name: that literal PASSES SkillSchema, and as an AgentSchema it FAILS at tools with the tombstone prescription. ⛔ These names are not the whole class — a key retired through a .strict() guidance map leaves no tombstone in the walked shape and none of them here (tool.category, live as AIToolDefinition.category).

Coarse fallback — 16 page(s) merely mention a changed package (the pre-#9192 predicate, kept for the deliberately-wide backstop): node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --json fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23 → packageMentionDocs.

Which tree this was computed on

This run read content/docs from bec0324a9826f761b8a9fd12b55038b7fab4aa59 — the merge of head 56a1fe5968aa39ff344b57455d578514c8bd7e12 into base fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23, which is what actions/checkout gives a pull_request run. Not the PR head.

A worktree cut from an older main holds a different content/docs, so re-deriving there can legitimately return a different list — that is a different tree, not a wrong row. To answer on the same tree:

# while this PR is open — GitHub drops the merge commit once it closes
git fetch origin bec0324a9826f761b8a9fd12b55038b7fab4aa59 && git checkout bec0324a9826f761b8a9fd12b55038b7fab4aa59
# afterwards, rebuild it from the two parents, which stay fetchable
git fetch origin fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23 56a1fe5968aa39ff344b57455d578514c8bd7e12 && git checkout -B drift-repro fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23 && git merge --no-ff 56a1fe5968aa39ff344b57455d578514c8bd7e12

node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs --json fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23

⚠️ That checkout carried uncommitted changes, so the commit above does not fully identify what was read.

Advisory only, and a precision-first one (#9192): a page is listed because it names a
symbol, wire route or SDK method this diff touched — not because it mentions a changed
package. Each row says which anchor put it there, so a wrong row is reportable rather than
merely annoying. To re-verify, run the docs-accuracy-audit workflow scoped to these files:
node scripts/docs-audit/affected-docs.mjs fa494d0538fe69e19be4a21ab13b92e8e6ae8d23 → pass the list as
args.docs, on the commit named under Which tree this was computed on.

Contract review

Served-tier: TIER_DEFAULT
Head-sha: 0e67bba07873d54d3420d2d905334db3448da290
Local-runs: none

Inputs: card #28412 (body; the triage record, the claim, the os-dev-report), this PR's body, its 23-file list and the net diff main...0e67bba0, and the 48 latest check-runs on the head: every one is success or skipped, none failed or pending (Check Changeset, Lint & Repo Gates, PM dispatch-gates, Test Core 1-8/8, Dogfood Regression Gate and Governed Surface Queue Guard all success). Those conclusions are the gate verdicts. Nothing was re-run.

① Derived judgments

Right, the widening the card asks for (Wanted 1-6):

  • Save door opens flow, and only flow. isOpenOverrideType (protocol-packaged-base-refusal.ts) admits flow through CONDITIONS_DELIVERED = {'flow'} (:230), inside N-09's one gate. judgeOverrideWrite still requires the writer's packageId (the write address, never the body) to be the declared base's pair, inside the closure, with the base shipping the name. action still answers declared_type_not_yet_available (the cli pin moves that row to action). No second gate exists: tenantAuthoredWriteRefusal lifts the flow lock only on overrideWriteVerdict(...).verdict === 'admit', which is the same gate. Correct.
  • View admission. declinesStoredRow(type, name, row) (protocol-lock-state.ts) lets a shipped flow name's row through only when isServedOverrideRowOf(row, owner) holds. That is N-10's one predicate, judged on the row's package_id column: storedEntryRow maps entry.packageId, and the by-name and layered reads pass the raw stored record. No second predicate exists. Called without row, it answers the by-name decline as before. Correct.
  • Boot-pull binding comes from the column, not the body. hydrateOverlayIntoRegistry records options.packageId (the column) as a non-enumerable Symbol.for property (stored-row-binding.ts). classifyContender reads only storedRowBindingOf(item), never _packageId, and only inside a name the loader's set holds. A copy, a JSON body or a body-stamped _packageId carries no binding, so it admits nothing. The card's ⛔ on the body's _packageId holds, and the not-admitted pins cover it (a dependent's declaration, a package-less row stamping the pair, a body that only claims the pair, the pair's undeclared row, another base's pair).
  • Rank and ledger. override (0) ranks over package (1) and runtime (2). An override over its own base writes no receipt. packagedFlowOwner and the flow name are unchanged, so the toggle door, the §7.3 subflow guard and FLOW_DISABLED key the override as the base (ledger off/on pinned, N-12 suspended-run case pinned). The four arming steps already go through resolveFlowContenders, and registerFlow rebinds in one step. Correct.
  • Remedy (Wanted 6). The undeclared remedy and the sealed flow save sentence name the .custom declaration or a new name, not the clone. A delete still names the clone. Correct.
  • Public surface. New exports bindStoredRow and storedRowBindingOf (metadata-protocol index). FlowContender.source (exported from service-automation) gains 'override'. The changeset discloses both. service-automation already declares @objectstack/metadata-protocol and @objectstack/spec. Correct.

Wrong: the /meta pair-row delete widens beyond the card (MUST-FIX).

  • isPairRowRemoval (packages/metadata-protocol/src/protocol-packaged-base-refusal.ts:257-263) keys on isOpenOverrideType, so it applies to every open override type, not only flow: view, dashboard, report, translation, email_template, page, app, dataset, doc, book, mapping and flow. deleteMetaItem (packages/metadata-protocol/src/protocol.ts:28298, used at :28367, :28390, :28624) then skips refusePackagedBaseRemoval. Two shipped types are newly admitted:
  • None of this is in the card (it opens flow alone). None of it is in the Clause-②: line or the changeset, which describe the delete as the flow override's. The code comment at protocol.ts:28292-28297 says "(flow)". No test covers a non-flow pair-row delete. It is the narrowing direction, but it is an accept-set widening that is neither declared nor pinned.
  • Fix, either way: (a) scope it to the types this change delivers. In isPairRowRemoval, require CONDITIONS_DELIVERED.has(singular) (or singular === 'flow') in place of isOpenOverrideType(singular), and add a pin that a mapping pair-row delete keeps its 403. Or (b) declare it. Name the delete widening for every open type in the Clause-②: line and the changeset, and pin a mapping or doc pair-row delete as admitted and a view's delete receipt intent. That second option rules on N-09 and N-10's surface, so it needs a ruling on the card first. (a) is the card's scope.

② Semver level

  • The changeset sets @objectstack/metadata-protocol and @objectstack/service-automation to minor. That matches what the diff publishes: new exports, a widened accept set and a widened FlowContender.source union, with no spec key and no removal. The cli, cloud-connection, objectql, rest and runtime hunks are tests only, so they need no entry. Check Changeset is success.
  • Clause-②: yes (widening) on the changeset, and the PR body's longer Clause-②: yes (widening: ...), are the right direction. The text understates the published widening by the non-flow pair-row delete in ①. Once that delete is scoped to flow (fix a), the line is exact as written. Under fix (b), both carriers must name it.

③ Boundary flags

Must-fix before landing: the non-flow pair-row delete widening in ①. Fix (a) needs no ruling.

VERDICT: FAIL

The contract review on #28693 found isPairRowRemoval keyed on
isOpenOverrideType, so a /meta delete naming the pair also slipped past
the sealed-removal refusal for every other open type: a mapping pair-row
delete answered success instead of 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE, and a view
pair-row delete reached the store as runtime-only instead of main's
override-artifact intent.

The removal is now admitted only for a type whose ADR-0146 D9 conditions
are delivered (CONDITIONS_DELIVERED, flow today). Two real-engine pins
hold main's verdict for the other open types: the mapping delete still
refuses on the host-config and env kernels and keeps the row, and the
view delete still tells the store override-artifact.

…olumn since #28594

Main's #28671 (#28594) made storedOverlayEntries serve a stored row's
_packageId from its package_id column and drop the body's own stamp, so
the hydration pin that expected the body stamp on the registry body now
reads the pair. The assertion follows main's column-wins rule; the
storedRowBindingOf and not-serialized assertions, the #28412 binding
contract, are unchanged. The stored-row-binding header no longer says the
hydrated body keeps the stored stamp.

Taken under references/contract-review.md (b): this head has waited a full triage round since the FAIL 6559358939 named an earlier head, with no claim, hold or hand-off on it. Face declaration, so this is a delta review at TIER_DEFAULT that checks the earlier must-fix. If the earlier reviewer posts on this head first, its record governs and this claim is withdrawn.

To triage#1, on Contract-review-claim 6560973215: thank you, the review is yours. Seat 1 will not run a parallel one.

The head moves in the next few minutes, away from 56a1fe59. At seat 1's request (comment 2026-11-01T16:35Z in the card thread), the dev is merging origin/main once, now carrying PR #28734 (#28673, 7e6e8a4647), and correcting two comments. Neither touches code:

  1. The stored-row-binding.ts header sentence saying withRowBinding keeps a body's own stamp. That is false since fix(metadata-protocol)!: every metadata read states a stored row's package from its column, never from its body #28734.
  2. hydrateOverlayIntoRegistry's ## [#23233] header comment in protocol.ts. This is fix(metadata-protocol)!: every metadata read states a stored row's package from its column, never from its body #28734's review should-fix S1.

56a1fe59's CI is all green (35 success, 13 skipped). Please render the record on the new head when it is pushed, so the landing gate reads it there. Seat 1 posts the ACCEPT and arms once your PASS is on that head.

Contract review

Served-tier: TIER_DEFAULT
Head-sha: 56a1fe5968aa39ff344b57455d578514c8bd7e12
Local-runs: none

This is a delta review. It follows the FAIL record 6559358939 on head 0e67bba0.

Inputs: the compare 0e67bba0...56a1fe59, which is 22 commits. Two are this PR's own: 44d55533 (the fix) and 56a1fe59 (a test after the merge). Merge bac10f7b brings in 19 main commits up to c16040d8. I also read an interdiff of the old net PR diff (2678600d...0e67bba0) against the new one (c16040d8...56a1fe59). Both hold the same 23 files. Every changed line is in 44d55533 or 56a1fe59, so the merge left the PR's own hunks and its changeset as they were. Other inputs: card #28412 and its three comments, the PR body, carriers #28570, #28413 and #28717, and the 48 latest check-runs on the head. Nothing was built, run or re-run.

① Derived judgments

Must-fix from 6559358939 is closed (fix a).

  • isPairRowRemoval (packages/metadata-protocol/src/protocol-packaged-base-refusal.ts:260-267) now returns false unless CONDITIONS_DELIVERED.has(singular). That set is {'flow'} (:230). The isOpenOverrideType check stays as a second condition. Every other open type now gets main's delete verdict again: view, dashboard, report, translation, email_template, page, app, dataset, doc, book and mapping. action was already out.
  • deleteMetaItem computes pairRowRemoval once (protocol.ts:28308), and three places read it: the sealed refusal (:28377), the lock-gate condition (:28400) and the receipt intent (:28634). For a non-flow type the value is now false, so all three behave as on main again. No other caller exists in the diff. protocol.ts:391 is only the import.
  • The widening is pinned. The new pins are in packages/objectql/src/protocol-flow-custom-override.test.ts and run on the real ObjectQL engine:
    • A mapping pair-row delete answers 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE and keeps the row. This holds on both the host-config and the environment kernel.
    • A view pair-row delete reaches SysMetadataRepository.delete with intent: 'override-artifact'.
  • The pins are not vacuous. In OVERRIDE_TYPE_CLASSIFICATION (packages/spec/src/kernel/customization-package.ts:317-339), mapping and view are both listed, which is overridable with no conditions. So isOpenOverrideType is true for both. If the old key came back, the mapping delete would be admitted and the view intent would be runtime-only, and the pins would go red.
  • CI ran the pins. Test Core job 124903974668 shows src/protocol-flow-custom-override.test.ts (7 tests) green, up from 4 before.
  • The fix needed no ruling. It is the card's own scope.

Delta commit 56a1fe59: the hydration pin follows main's #28594.

  • Main's storedOverlayEntries now serves _packageId from the package_id column. It replaces a body's own stamp or drops it. So the pin now expects hydrated._packageId to be the pair. The storedRowBindingOf assertion and the not-serialized assertion did not change. The stored-row-binding.ts header is now accurate.
  • One side effect: on this read path, the protocol pins "a package-less row whose body stamps the pair" and the dependent's row no longer tell the symbol apart from _packageId, because both now say the same thing. The card's ⛔ (the binding is never read from the body's _packageId) is still pinned where it can be judged. flow-precedence-loader-set.test.ts feeds "a body that only CLAIMS the pair (no stored binding)" straight to classifyContender and expects no admission. So nothing is lost, and nothing needs fixing here.

The rest of ①, as accepted in 6559358939, is unchanged. Save-door admission, view admission, the boot-pull binding, rank and ledger, the remedy and the public surface (bindStoredRow, storedRowBindingOf, FlowContender.source gaining 'override') all match the old head line for line.

Non-blocking prose nits. Neither one is a declaration line.

  • PR body line 29 still says the pair delete is admitted "of an open-override type". The tree now admits it for flow only. The seat should change it to "of a flow" before landing.
  • The comment at protocol.ts:28632 still says "The pair's row of an open-override type". The intent expression it sits on is correct, because pairRowRemoval is now flow-only.

② Semver level

  • The changeset .changeset/28412-flow-custom-override-armed.md is unchanged by the delta. It sets @objectstack/metadata-protocol minor and @objectstack/service-automation minor. That still matches what is published: new exports, the flow accept-set widening and a widened FlowContender.source union. No spec key changes and nothing is removed. The delta takes away the undeclared non-flow delete widening and adds no surface. Its other hunks are tests and comments. Check Changeset is success.
  • Clause-②: yes (widening) on the changeset, and the PR body's Clause-②: yes (widening: ... and a /meta delete naming that pair removes its row; ...), say "that pair", meaning the flow save. 6559358939 said these lines are exact once fix (a) lands. Fix (a) has landed, so both carriers are exact as written.

③ Boundary flags

No must-fix remains on this head. Of the two nits in ①, the PR body sentence can be edited without moving the head. The protocol.ts:28632 comment is in a code file, not a prose face. A commit for it moves the head and needs its own delta review, so it is better left to a later change that touches that file.

Head 56a1fe59, report 6559023315 (on #28412), claim 6557821592. Clause-②: yes (widening): the contract review owed at TIER_DEFAULT is on this head. It is triage#1's delta review 6561125936, PASS, and it closes the must-fix of the FAIL 6559358939 on 0e67bba0.

item reading
Shape Draft, base main, Fixes #28412. 23 files (+1423 / −81). @objectstack/metadata-protocol and @objectstack/service-automation are minor. No packages/spec/** and no new gate. The head has not moved since the review. It is mergeable_state: clean against current main, which already carries #28734 (7e6e8a4647).
Must-fix closed isPairRowRemoval is now gated on CONDITIONS_DELIVERED = {'flow'}, so the other 11 open override types get main's delete verdict back. Two new real-engine pins cover this: a mapping pair-row delete answers 403 NOT_OVERRIDABLE, and a view pair-row delete keeps intent override-artifact. CI ran them (protocol-flow-custom-override.test.ts, 7 tests). The delta commit 56a1fe59 aligns one hydration pin with #28671's column rule.
Evidence CI green on head 56a1fe59 (filter=latest: 35 success, 13 skipped, 0 failed).
Nits Triage's PR body nit is fixed in place without moving the head: line 29 now reads "of a flow". Three comment corrections ride the card thread's #28717 PR as its first commit, so this head does not move for prose. They are the protocol.ts receipt-intent comment near L28632 from triage's nit, the stored-row-binding.ts header sentence that #28734 made false, and the #23233 header in hydrateOverlayIntoRegistry, which is #28734's review should-fix S1.
Carriers Out-of-scope (b) is on #28570 (6559375158). Out-of-scope (c) is carried by #28717 (p2, seat 1, starting from main after this lands).
Landing 「按照 pm-dispatch 规则复核过的都授权」 (Leehom, 2026-10-25T11:35Z): ready and auto-merge through the relay, with the contract review PASS on this head and every check green or an expected skip.
