The brotli'd `odr-core.wasm` grew slowly to the 1.5 M ratchet. The last green commit on main (5ae95b9) measures 1,573,966 bytes locally, so no single change crossed it. Main now measures 1,590,514 bytes, and the localized function names (#1242) add about 16 K. The wasm job fails on main (run 40111474980): the brotli'd
odr-core.wasmis 1,580,440 bytes, over the 1.5 M (1,572,864) ratchet.No single change crossed the ratchet. The library grew slowly from the ~820 K that the comment states. I measured locally with
brotli -q 11:The local build is already over at 5ae95b9, so CI's emscripten build is a little smaller. This PR sets the ratchet to 1.75 M and updates the comment.
odr-formula.jsis 637,837 bytes with #1242, which stays under its 768 K ratchet.
