fix(ci): restore id-based credential matching for Maven 3.10 deploys - #3654
Conversation
Maven 3.10 scopes server credentials to declared repository origins, and the 'central' server written by actions/setup-java only declares repo.maven.apache.org, so uploads to central.sonatype.com were sent unauthenticated and rejected with HTTP 401.

What changed in this PR
This PR restores ID-based credential matching for Maven 3.10 publishing, addressing HTTP 401 failures when deploying to Sonatype Central.
Changes:
- Adds

Limit the publish job to read access.
The publish job only checks out the repository and runs Maven deployment. It does not require repository write access. Add contents: read to this job. Keep contents: write on the caller and finalize-release, which performs the release finalization.

Pin the workflow token permissions.
zizmor reports overly broad default permissions because this workflow has no permissions: block. Both jobs only need repository read access for checkout.
