…le plan mode Updates .dockerignore and Dockerfile to copy the `plugins/project-plan` package manifest and entrypoint into the image, and adds `-opencode.plan` to the opencode plugin list to enable plan-mode behavior in container runtime.

The OpenCode V2 does not allow to configure the location of plan files and forces ever plan to the $HOME/.opencode/plan directory which contradicts the idea of the container image. In addition it deviates signifantly from OpenCode V1, where plan files always got saved to /.opencode/plans directory.
