What: Implements the React branch and prerelease configuration for PF-4694. Related to #12666.

  • Migrate React packages, internal imports, examples, tests, scripts, and package configuration to @rh-felt.
  • Initialize renamed publishable packages at 0.0.1-prerelease.0 with public access and the prerelease tag.
  • Enable the release workflow and Lerna publishing on felt-v1.
  • Configure Felt preview hostnames and route felt-v1 documentation to rh-felt-react-staging.patternfly.org.
  • Update the ESM style-import transformer for Felt imports.
  • Extend the existing ESLint import rule to support both PatternFly and Felt. Retain the plugin’s existing name and 6.6.0-prerelease.0 version.

Additional issues / pending setup:

  • Configure Cloudflare DNS and Surge domain access for rh-felt-react-staging.patternfly.org. Verify npm publishing permissions for @rh-felt.
  • The modified ESLint plugin remains eligible for publication under the shared eslint-plugin-patternfly-react package and prerelease tag; restoring its version does not exclude it from publishing.
  • Merging into felt-v1 triggers the release workflow. npm publishing waits for CI and documentation jobs to succeed.
  • after prerelease, update the react-docs/package.json to be dependent on new @rh-felt/* packages instead of @patternfly/*

I think you should remove the - main in this file. This branch should only be triggering workflows on changes to this branch
