Releases v3.19.0-v3.19.4 shipped inside an hour, leaving refresh PRs for 3.19.0/.1/.3 open after 3.19.4 merged; every one conflicted on all manifests and the PR sweeper could only skip them (#152, #154, #159). open-distribution-pr.sh now skips opening a PR when main already carries an equal or newer version, and closes open refresh PRs for lower versions after opening its own. Version strings and sha256 checksums are rewritten from the published release
assets by
scripts/submit-packages.mjs.
