fix: reset memoized flip info when the viewport size changes - #652
useAlign memoizes the flip decision in prevFlipRef, and only clears it when the popup closes. Because the visible area is read from documentElement.clientWidth/clientHeight on every align, a resize re-runs the align with the stale decision: a popup that flipped once stays flipped after the viewport grows back.
Repro (real page, plain interaction):
open a popup that renders below its target;
shrink the viewport until it no longer fits → it flips above (correct);
grow the viewport back → it stays above (wrong), even though there is room below;
close and reopen → back below.
Same mechanism shows up when the viewport is temporarily rewritten: Chromium rewrites the viewport to 1×1 while taking a full-page screenshot, popups align against 1px, record the flip, and stay off after the viewport is restored (breaks visual-regression runs).
Fix
Track the viewport size used by the last align; when it changes, drop the memo before aligning:
Popup-size-induced flips within the same viewport still reuse the memo, so the anti-oscillation behavior that prevFlipRef exists for is unchanged.
Test
tests/flip.test.tsx, two cases mirroring each axis (both fail on master, pass with this change):
re-align when the viewport grows back after a flip — popup flips above in a 100px-high viewport, viewport grows to 200px, resize, asserts it is back below;
re-align horizontally when the viewport grows back after a flip — popup flips to the left in a 100px-wide viewport, viewport widens to 200px, resize, asserts it is back on the right.
The flip decision is computed against documentElement.clientWidth/clientHeight and memoized in prevFlipRef, but the memo is only cleared when the popup closes. A resize re-runs the align with the stale decision, so a popup that flipped once stays flipped after the viewport grows back, until it is closed and reopened.
Track the viewport size used by the last align and drop the memo when it changes. Popup-size-induced flips within the same viewport keep reusing the memo, so the original anti-oscillation behavior is preserved.

Mirrors the vertical case: a popup that flipped left in a narrow viewport must go back to the right side after the viewport widens. Fails without the flip-cache reset.
