Summary:

Delete the deprecated createCatalystContextForTest and
createMockCatalystInstance helpers from ReactTestHelper, now that every
caller has migrated to createTestReactApplicationContext. Drop the
file-level deprecation suppression and its TODO, which only existed for the
removed helpers.
