Motivation
rs checkstops after lint or type errors, hiding formatting problems until a later run.Changes
Continue formatting checks in non-fix mode and combine both exit codes so a successful format check cannot hide a lint failure. Keep
--fixbehavior unchanged, cover both failure results and formatter execution errors, and update the English and Chinese docs.Validated with
pnpm build,pnpm --filter rstack build:native,pnpm check,pnpm test(422 passed, 1 skipped), andpnpm check:spell.
