Motivation
Clarify the distinction between loaded tool configuration definitions and the
RstackConfigshared configuration input from the RFC.Changes
Rename
ConfigstoRstackConfigDefinitionsthroughout the source, public exports, existing type fixtures, and bilingual docs. Remove the old name without a compatibility alias; consumers importingConfigsfromrstack/configmust update the import. Runtime behavior is unchanged.
