I build reliable software systems and the engineering workflows that help teams deliver them well. I have 20+ years of production experience across financial services, web platforms, distributed systems, and developer tooling—and I am currently focused on practical, human-directed agentic engineering.
- Agentic engineering systems — design workflows that take a product conversation through specification, implementation, independent review, CI validation, and pull-request delivery.
- Technical leadership — turn ambiguous work into small, reviewable increments with clear acceptance criteria, ownership, test scope, and delivery boundaries.
- Backend and platform engineering — build and evolve C#/.NET services, APIs, web applications, and operational tooling for production environments.
I founded and build my-ai-team, a commercial, GitHub-oriented multi-agent engineering product.
MAT is designed around a simple principle: people remain accountable for intent and judgement; agents help make delivery more systematic and verifiable. Its workflow includes:
- an Explorer quality gate that turns vague requests into high-cohesion engineering tickets;
- separate delivery, audit, and technical-debate roles, so an implementation agent does not validate its own work;
- orchestration for task ownership, agent quotas, durable state, CI validation, and recovery;
- human-directed workflows that have produced 3,500+ pull requests across MAT and other active projects.
Currently a Software Developer at xe.com, working across C#/.NET and .NET Core APIs, a complex WinForms application, and customer-facing React/JavaScript functionality supporting global currency-transfer workflows.
Earlier roles span senior full-stack, backend, and technical leadership work with .NET, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Vue, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, SQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
