Summary

  • Keep the usage heatmap in its loading state when its initial request is paused offline; preserve cached data, error, and retry behavior.
  • Fall back to a finite bar scale when extreme numeric values overflow or underflow, while keeping ordinary chart intervals unchanged.
  • Clarify that Unassigned usage combines organization-level activity and retained deleted-workspace charges that this view cannot distinguish.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix

Testing

  • Root bun run lint, bun run type-check, bun run check:audits (60 audits), and the block-registry audit.
  • Root bun run test and the EMCN suite.
  • Five numerical regression cases fail before the fix and pass after it; removing either guard reproduces its failure.
  • Browser verification with the real calendar query, HTTP fixture, and chart components: paused initial request, reconnect, error/retry, cached offline data, tooltip disclosure, and finite geometry at numeric extremes. No browser console warnings or errors.
  • Independent subagent verification, all cleanup passes, and a simplification review.

[Medium impact] The PR appears safe to merge; no actionable issues were found.

Summary

Keeps the usage heatmap visible while its first request is paused offline and gives extreme finite bar values a usable scale.

  • Paused calendar requests keep the usage heatmap loading.
  • Bar charts keep finite scales for extreme numeric values.
  • The Unassigned row explains which sources its total may combine.

No actionable issues found. This assessment is based on code inspection; tests and browser checks were not rerun.
