Plugins that declare X-Singularity-Category=lock get their own row in the Plugins page instead of falling into Other. The row stays hidden until such a plugin is installed. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5 AI-Scope: added the lock entry to the plugin category table in plugins_page.vala.

Adds a "Screensaver and Lock" category for plugins that set X-Singularity-Category=lock. Like the other categories, its row stays hidden until such a plugin is installed. An out-of-tree screensaver settings plugin already declares this category.
