app243 tested date resolving for OAS 3.1 only, while the OAS 3.0 app243 tests a discriminator mapping. Restore that test for OAS 3.1 and move date resolving to app275 for both. Drop PrimitiveType.enablePartialTime() from app237: it is a JVM-wide switch that made the LocalTime format of other tests depend on the test order.
