P2 Lockfile Version Remains Stale

package.json now declares version 0.9.4, but package-lock.json still declares the root package as 0.9.3. Tools and consistency checks that inspect the lockfile can therefore report stale release metadata; regenerate or update the lockfile alongside this version bump.
