custom integration not showing forwarder installation #2957

Describe the bug

trying to install a forwarder directly on custom integration card is not showing the new forwarder/collector installation command

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

clicking new collector must show the installation command

Current Behavior

is not showing the command

Reproduction Steps

• go to integrations
• select custom integration
• create a new one
• edit it
• click new collector
