Explanation.
correlate() now returns early when parentId is set, so only the parent alert can execute a flow.
The reasoning behind.
Alerts with a non-empty parentId are echoes of the alert that originally matched a flow. They used to trigger an unnecessary POST /api/v1/soar/rule-executions per match; the backend already discards them in HandleMatch, but the round-trip still happened.
