Build: - Track go.sum (was gitignored; fresh clones failed to build) (#21) - task build: drop sources/generates fingerprinting so reinstall always runs Windows test fixes (root cause, not deletion): - submodule add: normalize git-facing paths with filepath.ToSlash (update-index --cacheinfo rejects backslashes; rm/ls-files silently mismatch them) - ReadProcess nonexistent-PID test: use math.MaxInt32 (PID 0 is the readable System Idle Process on Windows) - cmdline self test: also accept ginkgo CLI's .test binary suffix HTML test report: - internal/testreport: Ginkgo types.Report -> self-contained HTML renderer (summary cards, suite/spec tables, failure details, state filter + text search) with BDD tests - tools/testreport: CLI converting ginkgo --json-report JSON to HTML - make test-report / task test-report -> reports/test-report.html - Work around ginkgo path.Dir bug on Windows via --output-dir
