I have included dqlite to this PR and also updated the post_install script to use vtargetrun instead. Building for both x86_64 and armv6l (glibc) works.

Fixed the lint problems.

dqlite

• Added a patch to make it compile for musl
• I spun up a musl virtual machine and the check runs fine. Not sure why it does not work on CI at the moment.

lxd

• Added a patch to make check pass. Upstream uses a different shell in the CI environment so they don't have this problem. I will work on a patch to fix it upstream.
• Currently it doesn't compile for musl due to a glibc specific feature in one of the Go dependencies. Since there is no package in Void providing this dependency, it comes straight from upstream and will need to propose a fix to it to support musl.
