Expect the configured test database name and user - #357
Many scenarios expected the test database to be called wp_cli_test, for example in the confirmation prompts of wp db drop and wp db reset, in the output of wp db check and wp db size, and in the default file name of wp db export and wp db import. That only holds with the default WP_CLI_TEST_DBNAME, and not when running the tests in parallel workers, which each use their own database (wp-cli/wp-cli-tests#405). They now use {DB_NAME}, and {DB_USER} where they pass the database user.
With WP_CLI_TEST_DBNAME=wp_cli_test_7, 13 of 98 scenarios fail on main against MariaDB, and all pass with this change. Found through #356.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Tests
Updated database check, export, import, query, size, and management scenarios to use configurable database names and usernames.
Added checks that SQLite exports omit _mysql_data_types_cache.
Existing commands and expected outcomes remain unchanged apart from these updates.
Many scenarios expected the test database and its user to be called
wp_cli_test, which only holds with the default configuration, and not for
parallel test workers, which each use their own database.

Walkthrough
Database feature scenarios replace hard-coded test database and user values with {DB_NAME} and {DB_USER} placeholders. SQLite export scenarios also add assertions that output omits _mysql_data_types_cache.

Check, query, size, and database-management scenarios use placeholders in command arguments and expected output.
The SQLite scenario should remove the ignored MySQL credential options so it accurately tests SQLite import behavior.
