Stacked on #298, which pins the packages to the rc4 preview. Hold until #298 merges. Replaces #261.

The parsing fix is in lambda-feedback/lambda-feedback-packages#11. A task symbol whose LaTeX starts with a big operator (\sum, \int, \prod, \lim, \bigcup, \bigcap) wraps its argument when applied. With infsum as \sum_{n=1}^{\infty}, infsum((-1)^n/n^2) now previews as \sum_{n=1}^{\infty} \frac{\left(-1\right)^{n}}{n^{2}}. It used to be read as the product infsum*(...), so the sum was drawn inside the fraction.

This PR only ports #261's preview test (test_sum_preview in app/tests/symbolic_preview_test.py). No app code changes.

Ports the preview test from #261: with infsum written as
\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}, infsum((-1)^n/n^2) previews with the summand inside
the sum, not as a product with the sum inside the fraction. The fix is in
lambda-feedback-packages#11.
